Refund policy

There is a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item you are returning must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept returns for items for which you have not previously submitted a return request.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order when you receive the package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can determine the problem and fix it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers or plants), custom-made or made-to-order products (e.g., custom-made or personalized), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to submit a return request for the item you received and then, once the request is accepted, make a new transaction and purchase a new item.


14-day right of withdrawal period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund for your order within 14 days without giving any reason or justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.


Refunds
Refunds We will notify you as soon as we have inspected the returned goods and will let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund your money to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to become available in your account.
